Aspire Managed Care

Offering 5 levels of managed care as well as block time options means total customization for your business’ particular needs.

We also sell blocks of 10 hours for $1050 per block. If you are on a service agreement you can purchase a 10 hour block at your discounted hourly rate. (Block time expires after one year and does not include Preventative Maintenance.)

Standard service is on-site, phone, or remote service that takes place between 8AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday. After-hours, holiday, and other time factors may apply.

On-site Visits are subject to the current trip charge and 1 hour minimum.

Supported Operating Systems for the Platinum Care Package and Preventative Maintenance are Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003.

Platinum Level :

(All –Inclusive) – All standard* phone, remote, and on-site service is included (for covered technologies).  All non-covered standard services will be billed at $50/hour.

Gold Level:

10 hrs of support is included. Additional Hours are billed at $75/hr for standard service. 

 

Silver Level:

5 Hrs of support per month is included.  Additional hours will be billed at $85/hr for standard service. 

Bronze Level:

2 Hrs of support is included.  Additional hours will be billed at $100/hr for standard service. 

Basic Preventative Maintenance:

This is our Preventative Maintenance and Monitoring only package. All on-site and remote support is billed at our current published rates. All Aspire Managed Care Packages include Basic preventative maintenance. See the back of this brochure for an overview of this service.
